MEET PAULINE
Pauline is a passionate artist, with a Degree in Fine Art, and over 25 years experience of making art and sharing her impressive range of skills with others. Along with her own studio practice, Pauline is a pioneer in online art teaching. She created the first independent painting course online in Europe in 2012, and has a reputation of being one of the best art teachers out there. Her paintings are collected internationally, and she has won awards for her art, including a national emerging artist solo show award, travel bursary awards, and an artists residency in the Irish Museum of Modern Art.
She lives in West Cork, Ireland, where the Gulf Stream meets the Wild Atlantic Way, and part of the time these days in Andalucia, Spain. Her beautiful surroundings feed her art and her soul, and are expressed in paintings that are dynamic abstractions from nature. She also enjoys contemporary expressive figurative work. Her paintings playfully juxtapose earthy and vibrant colour, and her line and brushwork have a loose, expressive style
A huge fan of artists representing themselves, and not solely relying on others to promote their work, she sells her work sometimes though galleries, but also sells directly to her art community, that she has grown through her social media presence.
She loves the fact that her artwork graces the homes of loyal and lovely collectors around the world, and that she has creative control over her work and how it gets out there.
